Period windows

Single-frame windows, made of three-ply joined square timber, with external layers which are not longitudinally glued. The leaf and frame’s external profile is decoratively milled, standard period drip cap is made of timber and combined with the window leaf.

RAL opaque or translucent paint from the catalogue of standard translucent colours.

It is possible to order standard ornaments or copy identical patterns from old wooden windows.

Ornamental or stained-glass available.

All components used for manufacturing of our windows are marked with excellent parameters corresponding to the requirements of the joinery installed in period buildings protected by conservation office. Moreover, windows manufactured by us combine modern features, i.e. they fulfill all standards concerning thermal and acoustic insulation as well as all features necessary to produce period windows.

We are able to fulfill the most demanding norms concerning period windows. We manufacture windows of any dimensions and shape, also following the examples of decorations of traditional joinery. We have a wide range of wooden ornaments, transom bars, traditional wooden drip caps.

We are able to produce ornaments which are copies of those found on old windows.

There is a possibility to order ornaments carved in wooden doors and windows as well as to install all kinds of stained glass.

Acoustic insulation:	Acoustic insulation of standard windows amounts to Rw=32-39 dB (depending on a selected glazed unit)
Heat transmission resistance for windows of 68 mm profile:	Heat transmission coefficient Uw: 1,31 - 1,42 W/m2 K.
Glazing:	Standard option: Two-pane set – 4/16Ar/4 – one-chamber Pane’s thermal insulation – Netralux Argon Ug = 1.1 W/m2k Inter-sheet space filled with argon.   Heat transmission coefficient available up till 0,7 W/m2k Any glazed unit available with a maximum thickness up till 40 mm.   Standard spacer bar Another option: „warm edge” spacer bar manufactured by Glaspol or ODER-LAS in colour matching the window colour.
Fittings:	Standard option: WinkHaus Autopilot multi-point locking fitting with micro ventilation and anti-burglar fastening system. The window leaf is equipped with one mushroom head bolt in a standard option.   Other options include WinkHaus Autopilot fitting of the increased security class: Wk1 with four mushroom head bolts installed in a window leaf as well as Wk2 with seven mushroom head bolts in a window leaf.   Additional accessories: handle hydraulic block system, window stop, gradual tilt-in function, balcony latch, microventilation.
Opening modes:	C (casement windows), T (tilt-in windows), T&T (tilt-and-turn windows)
Colour:	RAL opaque or translucent paint (showing timber structure) from the catalogue of standard translucent colours. Standard option: one colour selected for both internal and external side of the window.   Another option includes duo-colour RAL/translucent, translucent/RAL   Four-coat system: preservative treatment plus three-times coating.
Gaskets:	As one of the few companies in Poland we use two gaskets in a window leaf which combined with the timber profile and high quality glass ensure an ideal protection against the noise.
Drip cap:	Wooden period drip cap (combined with the window’s wooden leaf) Options: Wooden drip cap plus drip cap installed at the window leaf Another option: ALURON aluminum drip cap masked with timber – comfort or ALURON aluminum drip cap masked with timber – comfort plus drip cap installed at the window leaf.
Silicone:	Perennator silicone, translucent colour in a standard option. Silicone colours matching the colour of timber: white, cream and white, grey and white, transparent grey, light grey, grey, silver and grey, concrete and grey, jasmine, light oak, dark oak, pine brown, ochre brown, medium brown, deer brown, chocolate brown, dark brown, black.
Accessories:	Standard handle in white, silver or antique gold. Options: Lockable handle (with key) in white, silver and antique gold. Hoppe secustic handle in white, silver and antique gold.   Decorative elements – as requested by our customers.
