The priority of our company’s activity is customer satisfaction.
We achieve it through the quality of our product.
Constant quality monitoring begins as early as at the stage of the purchase of our production materials.
We’ve been buying most of the materials from the same suppliers for several years.
From our suppliers we require continuous care for the materials standard and we cooperate in seeking new solutions to improve the quality of our windows and doors.
Since 2006 our firm has been employing the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, which allows us to produce even higher quality windows and doors.
The evidence of it may be the increase of export, which currently amounts to 60% of the annual production.
The main recipients of our joinery are companies form Germany, Holland, France, Belgium and Denmark.
We’ve been cooparating with many of them for several years.
In Poland our products attract both individual customers and developers. The scope of our local sales covers Western Poland and Warsaw.
We offer windows and doors of any size and colour you choose, including more prestigious joinery for historic buildings.
A good window should be wind and cold weather resistant, which means providing proper isolation. It should also have high rigidity, whilst its tightness should not exclude proper ventilation. These are some of the various practical conditions that our windows meet.
We are one of the few wooden window producers that offer in the standard two seals in the window sash. They not only preserve against dust, but also increase the heat parameters and protection against noise. In the EU countries double-seal windows are especially recommended for buildings situated near airports and noisy streets.
